Työkanava provides a new way to find employment. We will map the job opportunities available to your through our network, factoring in your skills and abilities. Once we have found a suitable job for you in a customer company, we will employ you.
You will a sign a contract with Työkanava but work for the customer company. Your tasks will be tailored to your needs, and Työkanava’s expert will support you in your daily work.
The first step is to contact the TE services. A precondition of employment is that you are an unemployed job-seeker with impaired capacity to work in the TE services.
The TE services assess your suitability to become an employee of Työkanava. For more information on the suitability criteria, please contact the TE services.
Once a suitable job is found, we will familiarise ourselves with the work tasks together and sign an employment contract.
We will stand by your side in your daily work and provide you with the necessary support for you to succeed in your job.

Hyvin toimineen kumppanuuden myötä Rinnekodit ovat työllistäneet jo kolme osatyökykyistä henkilöä Työkanavan kautta.
Kun Suomen Ympäristöopisto Sykli harkitsi aulapalveluhenkilön rekrytoimista, täysin uuden tehtävän työnkuva ei ollut vielä hahmottunut tarkasti. Työkanava kuitenkin tarjosi mahdollisuuden kokeilla matalalla kynnyksellä, millaiseksi arki muodostuisi heidän löytämänsä sopivan henkilön kanssa.
Työkanavan ensimmäinen työntekijä työllistyi Tokmannille. Työtehtäviin kuuluu monipuolisesti erilaisia myymälän hoitoon liittyviä tehtäviä.
