Ensuring privacy is an important part of the operations of Työkanava Ltd. On this page, you can find Työkanava’s key privacy principles. We are open about the type of personal data that we collect as well as the basis and purposes of personal data processing. Basis of personal data processing

The basis of collecting personal data includes, e.g. personal consent, meeting contractual or legal obligations, the controller’s legitimate interest as well as marketing, communications or sales measures. The data are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

What is our purpose of using personal data?

We store personal data in a format that makes it possible to identify the data subject and only for the time it takes to meet the purpose of personal data processing. We process the personal data that we collect responsibly, and only Työkanava has access to the collected personal data. As a rule, we do not disclose the data to third parties. The data can only be published as agreed on with the customer.
In principle, personal data are not transferred outside the EU or EEA.

We process personal data in a legal, confidential and secure manner.
Manually processed documents that contain personal data are stored in a locked storage. Only designated persons who need access to the personal data on the basis of their work tasks have the right to process manually stored personal data.
We take regular measures to ensure digital security. The personal data that are processed using our information systems are stored in databases protected with firewalls. The data can only be processed by designated persons who need access to the personal data on the basis of their work tasks. Access to the databases requires a personal user ID and password.

The use of cookies on our website
