Työkanava provides applicants with impaired capacity to work with a new way to find employment.
Työkanava helps you advance in your career, providing you with a genuine work community and workplace. We will map the job opportunities available to your through our network, factoring in your skills and abilities.
Once we have found a suitable job for you in our customer company, we will employ you. You will a sign a contract with Työkanava but work for the customer company. The employers come from different sectors, and your tasks are shaped to meet your expertise and abilities.
Työkanava’s experts are there to support you in your daily work. They are there for you when you need them. Our job is to help you succeed in your work.
The first step is to contact the TE services. A precondition of employment is that you are an unemployed job-seeker with impaired capacity to work in the TE services*.
The TE services assess your suitability to become an employee of Työkanava. For more information on the suitability criteria, please contact the TE services.
Once a suitable job is found, we will familiarise ourselves with the work tasks together and sign an employment contract.
We will stand by your side in your daily work and provide you with the necessary support for you to succeed in your job.
